Ms. Bohumira Kestlova graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. She is specialized, on a long-term basis, in the field of Residential Law and Cooperative Law, where she is also active in the function of a liquidator. Moreover, she provides legal services in the fields of commercial law, primarily of Company Law and of obligation law, of civil law and of labour law. She has experience in the field of Mining law, Restoration law and of transformation of agricultural cooperatives as well. She works as a trustee in bankruptcy.

Experience and professional specialization:
Ms. Micheala Rotterova graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno and in the year 2002 she successfully finished a study stay at the Faculty of Law in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Her major specialization includes the field of contentious proceedings concerning Commercial Law as well as Civil Law, including proceedings before arbitration courts. Moreover, she provides legal services in the fields of Company Law, Law of Obligations , Law of Bills and Cheques, Law of Real Estate and, last but not least, of Family Law. She has gained experience in the field of criminal trial proceedings as well. She works as an arbitrator (the arbitration rules and the recommended wording of the arbitration clause – see the reference To be downloaded) and as a trustee in bankruptcy too. She can speak English.
