The Law Office was established as early as in the year 1993, namely as the Law Office of JUDr. Bohumira Kestlova, and over the years it gained the trust of a steady business as well as civil clientele. In January 2007 the firm became associated with the Law Office of Mgr. Michaela Rotterova, thus giving rise to the current form of Kestlova & Rotterova, legal associates.
Our specialization lies first of all in Commercial Law – especially Law concerning companies and the field of enforcement of debts, where we can offer clients a very advantageous system resulting in very effective and financially undemanding enforcement of your claims. Moreover, we provide broad range of legal services in the field of Civil Law – primarily for Real Estate Law or disputes resolution. On a long-term basis, we are also active in the field of Cooperative Law, primarily in connection with the "sale" of municipal flats, whereas our clients in this field are individual tenants, housing cooperatives and associations of owners of residential units.
Our office is very accessible with a location in the centre of Brno with the possibility of parking as well as a newly established office in Prague 1, on Senovazne Square.
